Shipping Information
We offer delivery to any preferred address within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, as well as to countries in the geography of Europe and the Rest of the World. Shipping costs are defined by a flat rate and will differ based on these three shipping region categories. Your ordered products will be shipped via Swiss Post, at Standard Service.

Geography Europe: 30 CHF
Rest of the World: 40 CHF
Local Delivery within 10 Kilometers of Turgi (Customers in Switzerland)
For our Swiss customers, we offer free local delivery within a 10-kilometer radius of Turgi.
In-Store Pickup (Customers in Switzerland)
Customers can also choose the option of in-store pickup free of charge at our small shop, Schmuckes Ding, located at Bahnhofstrasse 5 in Turgi. Please wait for a notification when the product is available for pickup. You will need to provide the order number upon pickup.

Regular delivery times within Switzerland take 2-4 business days. We make every effort to ship your products as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for any delays in delivery.
